I have over 25 years’ experience of leadership, coaching and business transformation in international organisations. My background as a senior consultant and leader in complex business environments has given me a deep understanding of how people, business and strategy interact to create sustainable success. My experience spans everything from global organisations to high-growth companies, and for many years I have been coaching leaders and management teams through change, growth and transformation.

As an executive coach, I have supported chief executives, managers and key personnel in clarifying their direction, developing their leadership skills and managing complex tasks. Strengthening both the individual and the business is at the heart of my work, where personal development goes hand in hand with the organisation’s objectives. I am valued for my ability to create a sense of security, build trust and, at the same time, support leaders in growing both in self-awareness and in their results.
