Niclas Ahlbom

I have extensive experience of business development, turnaround and change management, as well as organisational restructuring across a range of sectors. Clarifying the customer promise, defining job roles, shaping the offering, managing the product range and optimising stock turnover have, in conjunction with the above, been key areas of focus on several occasions. More recently, I have also been involved in corporate acquisitions, as well as the associated arrangements and integration.

I have worked in both listed companies and family-owned businesses, for example, as a managing director, sales director, chief operating officer and chain director, and, through my work on boards, in strategic planning at both national and international levels.
